Duties and Responsibilities Compile and create graphing related to analytical production information Assist and coordinate plant functions and lunches as necessary Recruitment for new employees including, advertising, reviewing of applications, scheduling interviews and arranging plant tours with supervisors and managers Create offer letters to be approved by the HR Manager and submit requests for background checks based on department heads recommendations for hire Track agency needs and communicate with agencies as needed Track daily attendance, tardy, call-ins, days away for FMLA and LOA, and workers compensation leave Active participation/in charge of Walk-In Wednesday interviews which will include but not limited to; assisting candidates in completing online application, review of application, interviewing on spot and conversations with department head on recommendation of hire Enter times off employee sign-in sheet on a daily basis Create and submit all necessary payroll forms Administrator of FMLA/LOA, Work Compensations, and terminations Administrator for annual open enrollment Conducts new hire orientation which includes but not limited to; new hire paperwork, going over policies, review of benefits and completing new hire forms Maintain and post all OSHA required forms by required deadlines Maintain and update required safety data sheets for all required items on a routine basis with assistance from dedicated department heads Create and track monthly Alchemy trainings/learnings plans Update various reports used by management on an as need basis Assist plant management with various types of continuous improvement efforts Attends and/or completes all required training that is supplied by the company in a timely manner Maintains HR information system records and compiles reports from the database.
Maintains compliance with federal and state regulations concerning employment.
All other duties as assigned by Management or volunteered for Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Understand necessary difference between discretionary and confidential information Ability to communicate with different levels of employees Ability to multi-task and have ability to switch to different tasks when needed Ability to work independently and quickly takes on learning new assignments as needed/required Must be able to work in a team environment Basic Qualifications Associates Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, or other business related field, or two or more years of experience in business administration/production.
Desired Experience with an enterprise-reporting program.
Work Environment 80% of workday sitting at workstation, 20% walking facility.
80% of workday involves using keyboard and computer.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
