We are currently seeking a highly compassionate Social Worker to join our well-respected team in Grundy Center, Ia.
At Cedar Valley Hospice you will work with the best team of clinicians, nurses and managers, utilizing highly regarded practices to provide optimum outcomes for our patients and their families.
The Social Worker will provide supportive services to patients and families in Grundy County, and other counties we serve.
Hours for the position are 8:
00-4:
30pm Monday - Friday.
Will also rotate on call responsibilities on evenings and weekends.
Masters degree in Social Work (MSW) is preferred or a Bachelors degree in Social Work (BSW) with one year experience in a healthcare setting required.
Current Iowa driver's license and reliable vehicle required.
