Human Resources Business Partner-Grundy

Responsibilities:

This role supports the organization in achieving operational targets by developing, promoting, implementing, managing, and maintaining effective HR policies, programs, procedures and practices, while striving towards maintaining a positive work climate and providing day-to-day leadership and guidance.

Qualifications

Minimum Bachelor s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or related fieldMaster s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration/Management, or related field preferredMinimum 3+ years of combined experience in multiple HR functional areas and/or employee relations/labor relations experiencePHR/SPHR , or related certification is preferred



Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
